A video footage from Turkey shows rescuers pulling a youngster from the wreckage. “In Malatya, a young boy was rescued from the rubble thanks to the joint efforts of the fire department and special operations police,” the caption said. “The firefighter expressed his happiness by kissing the youngster.”

Meanwhile, over 21,000 people have been dead in Turkey and Syria, and tens of thousands have been injured, as efforts to save people continue for a fifth day in frigid weather on Friday.
